Thematic Data Analysis Platform

Background

The system developed in this project is called the Thematic Data Analysis Platform. The overall objective of the system is to use ETL tools to extract data into a data warehouse, construct thematic data marts according to data type classification, and on this basis, use Oracle BIEE software to build a data analysis platform, develop intelligent analysis reports, and implement rich multidimensional graphics and complex tabular reports. Rich multidimensional graphics and complex tabular report techniques are employed to display data in diverse ways. The system establishes data centers for analysis themes such as comprehensive tax payment analysis, taxpayer situation comprehensive analysis, tax authority administrative management comprehensive analysis, and tax source distribution analysis. These are used for various analyses including taxpayer analysis, tax certificate analysis, invoice analysis, tax payment storage analysis, tax collection analysis, paid tax analysis, deferred tax analysis, tax refund analysis, tax reduction analysis, tax arrears analysis, and tax revenue analysis.

Objectives

Through centralized tax data, the system comprehensively queries various tax indicators, such as tax collection progress and individual tax categories, to present tax analysis reports. Focusing mainly on research objects such as taxpayers and tax amounts, from analysis perspectives including industry, institution, and tax category, the system employs a research method that drills down from the whole to parts. Using drill-down, navigation, and other methods, it combines data and graphics to deeply explore situations such as managed account changes, declaration status, and tax payment changes. With the help of data analysis results, it enables control of overall tax source changes and trends.

Through government cooperation data exchange, web crawler internet data capture, and other methods, the system collects real estate-related data, which, after data cleaning and standardization, is integrated with existing tax data to establish a specialized data analysis project focused on real estate. Through multi-dimensional analysis of various real estate-related tax conditions, such as deed tax, land value-added tax, land use tax, stamp duty, etc., results are displayed in different report formats.

Through data quality monitoring indicators, the system establishes specialized data quality analysis models, displays data quality status in real time, and ensures that data quality meets the construction requirements of the Golden Tax Phase III project. Data analysis results can be displayed at multiple levels, facilitating data rectification and cleaning. The main content involved includes: household registration basic information, tax type verification, dual verification management, and abnormal account identification.
